Episode Died In: Transformers: The Movie

Bio: Moonbase 2 is the second of the two moons that orbit Cybertron. It was the second base that the Autobots lived on while they were planning strategies to take back Cybertron from the Decepticons who had taken over their planet.

Cause of Death: Like Lithone and Moonbase 1 before it, Moonbase 2 was eaten by Unicron to fuel his energy reserves. The only two on the moon at that time were the little Autobot spy, Bumblebee, and his best friend, the human Spike. As with Jazz and Cliffjumper, Bumblebee and Spike were later rescued by their Autobot friends.
