LEGO Metroplex by alanyap

One of my very first ventures into LEGO transformers creation, following the original toy's color scheme. So, as you can see, I only did a lot of imitating with very few improvement here — in the end, he hasn't much articulation (except for his arms.) And he has no hands/knuckles.

Achievements in this project...

  • Put quite an effort in making the fancy-looking helipad.
  • He transforms.
  • Sixgun transforms too!
  • The folded-out ramps and repair bays fit the Minibots snugly.

If I was to build it again, I would...

  • Make Sixgun in his red color scheme.
  • Make Metroplex proportionate (and NOT the bulky form he always is in the toy.)
  • Give him hands.

My own rating of this creation:  6 out of 10
